Dear Newcomers,

These Workshops will provide a brief description of how Mindfulness practices can positively affect your biological physical and cognitive well-being. We will educate and demonstrate on the techniques: Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Safe Place, Four Elements and Breathing.

Most importantly, we will connect the application of these practices in our everyday lives in relieving stress, anxiety and negative thoughts.
